We partner with Australia Post for all of our Australian orders, and DHL for our international orders. We aim to dispatch same-day all orders received by 10AM AEST (Monday to Friday). Same-day dispatch may not be possible during peak sales periods due to a high volume of orders.

For same day dispatch, please ensure your order is placed by 10am AEST on a business day.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, your tracking information will be sent via email by 5pm (AEST) on the day that orders are shipped out.

During peak times (eg promotional sales, AfterPay Day, Black Friday / Cyber Monday, public holidays and Christmas periods) we cannot guarantee our stipulated processing and delivery timeframes. We ask you to allow for an extra 24-48 hours from placing your order for dispatch.

We partner with Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia. We only use Express Post to ensure the quickest delivery door to door.

  • Orders Over $100 - FREE Express Shipping.
  • Orders Under $100 - $9.95 Express Shipping. 

METRO AREAS - please expect your parcel to arrive within 1-2 Business Days after dispatch.

RURAL AREAS - please expect your parcel to arrive within 3-7 Business Days after dispatch.

We use DHL Express for parcels to the US, NZ and Canada.

We use Australia Post Standard mail service for the rest of the world.

USA - DHL Express

  • $35 AUD - orders up to $400 AUD.
  • FREE - orders over $400 AUD.
  • Delivery - 4-5 business days.


  • $20 AUD - orders up to $150 AUD.
  • FREE - orders over $150.00 AUD.
  • Delivery - 2-3 business days.

Our NZ customers may also choose to have their parcel sent with Australia Post using their International Standard delivery service - $12.00 AUD (8-14 business days).


  • $25 AUD - 4-5 business days.


  • $25 AUD - 10-30 business days.
  • Australia Post Standard. 

We are not responsible for another country's taxes or customs charges which may be imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor any delays in transit.

We will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges, as these are the responsibility of the customer.

It is the customer's responsibility to nominate a safe and secure delivery address. Runway Scout is not responsible for parcels that are lost, damaged, stolen or delayed in transit.

We will trace your parcel on your behalf and do everything we can to locate your parcel, and lodge an investigation if required.
