All parcels require a signature on delivery. Please specify in the delivery instructions at the Checkout if you would like your parcel left in a safe place without a signature. For same day dispatch, please ensure your order is placed by 12 midday AEST on a business day.
Please note during busy periods (promotional sales, public holidays & Christmas periods) we cannot guarantee same day dispatch by 12 midday. We apologise for the inconvenience!
Once your parcel has been dispatched, your tracking information will be sent via email by 5pm (AEDT) on the day that orders are shipped out.
Runway Scout is not responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed in transit due to the fault of Australia Post or other delivery carrier - we will trace your parcel on your behalf and do everything we can to locate your parcel, and lodge an investigation if required.
During busy periods (promotional sales, public holidays & Christmas periods) we cannot guarantee the above timeframes.

If ATL (Authority To Leave) is requested on your order, Runway Scout and the nominated shipping carrier are not responsible if the parcel has been lodged as successfully delivered, as the customer has nominated a non-secure delivery option. Our friendly customer service team will do our best however to contact the nominated delivery service to locate your order.

If you‘re not happy with your new items we‘ve made it easy for you to return the item/s back to us as easily as possible!
1. Fill out the returns form enclosed in your parcel. Place your items you‘re returning into the parcel and seal it up securely!
2. Take the parcel to your local post office or courier service of your choice and send it to the address below! We recommend using a tracked service for added security.
3. Once you‘re return has been delivered and processed through our returns department, we will issue you a credit note via email which is valid for 6 months!

You don't need to contact us prior to returning your parcel, simply fill out the Returns Form (included with your order) and send it back to us within the timeframe below.
In order to receive an Online Credit Note, your return item must meet the following conditions:
- must be received within 14 days of receiving your order (21 days for overseas parcels)
- must be new and unworn with all original swing tags attached
- must not be marked as a Final Sale item on our website (this is in the product description and applies to all styles which are reduced to $30 and under)
- must not have make-up or fake tan marks
- must not smell of perfume, deodorant or washing power
Make sure to also include our Returns Form included with your order and invoice.
We will inspect all return items upon receipt - any returns which fail to comply with the above will be sent back to you.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense - we will not refund or add credit or the cost of return postage.
We will not process returns until your item is received by us.
Please note that while very effort is made to accurately display the colour of our garments, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
This includes payments made with AfterPay.
If there is a major fault with the style you've purchased, we will offer to repair or replace it where available.
If we cannot repair or replace the style, we will offer an online credit note or refund.
All claims for faulty styles are assessed on an individual basis, and the outcome of a refund is at Runway Scout's discretion.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges due to the fast turn over of product. We do recommend using your Online Credit Note to purchase an alternative size or product.
Credit Notes are valid for 6 months from the date you receive it.
You will be provided with an Online Credit Note less the cost of any postage you paid when placing your order (if postage was applicable).
Any items marked as FINAL SALE on a product page description are final and cannot be returned to us under any circumstances.
A Final Sale item is a style which has been reduced to $30 and under.
If you wish to return your item/s, send them back to us as you would for a normal order.
When Runway Scout receives the item/s and accepts your return, we will issue a credit note for the total value of the item/s returned.
Your agreement with AfterPay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.

We aim to process all returns within 5 business days of receiving your return. Upon completion an email will be sent to you with your online credit note/e-gift card for you to use.
During sale periods and public holidays we ask to allow for an extra 1-2 business days for the returns process.
We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged when being sent back to us (we recommend keeping a copy of the tracking number).
Due to the fast turnover of our stock, we do not provide exchanges - we recommend using your online credit to purchase a new size or product.

On receiving your request we will handle this with high priority to arrange the best possible course of action.
In accordance with Australian consumer law, we will only provide a refund if the item is faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced.
It is at the wholesaler's discretion if an item is deemed faulty which Runway Scout will first need to check before agreeing to a refund.
