Runway Scout began in 2012, in the corner of Susan’s two-bedroom apartment, originally as a creative escape from her career as a corporate lawyer. What started as a late-night side project quickly took on a life of its own, driven by her unwavering work ethic, obsession with detail and genuine care for every customer experience.
From packing orders at home to expanding through multiple warehouses, Runway Scout now operates from a light-filled studio in Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast, and ships to women globally.
As life evolved, so did the brand. Becoming a mother of two reshaped Susan’s perspective on style and dressing, now prioritising pieces that are as wearable as they are beautiful. The vision shifted from simply curating trends to intentionally creating them.

Today, Runway Scout is transitioning into an in-house label, designing exclusive seasonal collections. This shift allows us to offer more intentional, consistent and elevated pieces that reflect our signature aesthetic and fit philosophy. Every piece is thoughtfully crafted for real women with full lives—elevated, modern, and made to be worn again and again.
