Changed your mind? We’ve made returns simple.
You can return eligible items within 28 days of placing your order for a refund or an online credit note.
To qualify, your item must be:
- Returned within 28 days of your order date
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all swing tags attached
- Free from any visible marks or scents (makeup, fake tan, perfume, deodorant)
- Not marked as Final Sale
- Not earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Any returns that fail to comply with the above will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Our returns portal is powered by Refundid and offers instant refunds and exchanges (AU only), as well as standard returns options.

Return Cost
The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense. If you have received a garment deemed faulty by Runway Scout or an incorrect garment (due to Runway Scout’s fault), we will cover the cost of your return postage.
Processing Times
Australia: Once received by our Gold Coast warehouse, returns are processed within 5-7 business days.
US: Once received by our Los Angeles returns facility, returns are processed within 5 business days. Occasionally, there may be some delays in processing returns during busy sales periods.
Rest of World: Once received by our Gold Coast warehouse, returns are processed within 5-7 business days.
We will not process returns until your item is physically received by us in our warehouse. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number, as we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit to us.
Sale & Final Sale Items
Sale: Items purchased on sale are eligible for a credit note only.
Final Sale: Items marked ‘Final Sale’ are ineligible for a return (including exchange or credit note), unless deemed faulty by Runway Scout. Any Final Sale items returned without authorisation will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
Items Purchased With a Gift Card Or Store Credit
Items purchased with a gift card or store credit are eligible for a credit note only and cannot be returned for a refund.
Returning items from multiple orders
If you are returning items across multiple orders, you can return these within one parcel.
First, lodge each return separately via the returns portal using the correct order number. Then, select the ‘combine shipping labels’ option during lodgement to generate one label for all items. Please ensure all items and corresponding return information are included inside the parcel.
Please note: this option is only available if you have not yet booked your return with the courier.
Refund of Duties & Taxes
Any customs or duties paid at checkout or on delivery are non-refundable, and will not be included as part of your credit note or refund.
For more information on any possible customs and duties refunds that you may be eligible for within your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
Taxes are refundable and will be refunded at the time of return.
