PROCESSING TIMES 

For same day dispatch, please ensure your order is placed by 8am AEST on a business day.

Please note - there will be slight delays to the dispatch of orders if your order is placed during peak sales periods (eg promotional sales such as EOFY, Black Friday, AfterPay Sale Day, Online Warehouse Sale etc).

Once your parcel has been dispatched, your tracking information will be sent via email by 5pm (AEST) on the day that orders are shipped out.

If you wish to change or cancel your order, you must immediately contact our customer care team (within 1 hour of placing your order) at shop@runwayscout.com with your change/cancellation request details included in the email. 


PROMOTIONAL PERIOD PROCESSING TIME FRAMES 

During busy periods (promotional sales such as EOFY, Online Warehouse Sale, AfterPay Day, Black Friday / Cyber Monday, public holidays & Christmas periods) we cannot guarantee our stipulated processing and delivery timeframes. We appreciate your patience during these busy times as we manage a high volume of orders. Rest assured our team is working hard to ensure your order is dispatched as quickly as possible!

DHL Express (4-5 Business Days) - $20.00 AUD if order is under $150.00 AUD, $35.00 AUD for orders up to $400 or FREE if order is over $400.00 AUD.

NEW ZEALAND

Australia Post Standard (7-14 Business Days) - $12.00 AUD

CANADA

DHL Express (4-5 business days) - $25 AUD

REST OF THE WORLD

Australia Post Standard (10-30 business days) - $25 AUD 

We are not responsible for another country's taxes or customs charges which may be imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor any delays in transit.
We will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges, as these are the responsibility of the customer.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 

Runway Scout is not responsible for parcels that are lost, damaged or delayed in transit due to the fault of Australia Post, DHL or other delivery carrier - we will trace your parcel on your behalf and do everything we can to locate your parcel, and lodge an investigation if required. A gift voucher less any "return to sender" fees will be issued for all parcels which are "returned to sender". We do not resend parcels for free once they have been sent back to us as a "return to sender".
