PROCESSING TIMES + CHANGING AN ORDER

For same day dispatch, please ensure your order is placed by 10am AEST on a business day. Please note we cannot guarantee same day dispatch during busy sale promotion periods such as Black Friday / Online Warehouse Sale.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, your tracking information will be sent via email by 5pm (AEST) on the day that orders are shipped out.

Expected shipping times are an estimate given to us by the postal carrier, and may vary depending on locations. 

Need to change your delivery address after placing an order? There may be a small window before your parcel is dispatched to update your address (if your parcel has already been dispatched in our system, we won't be able to change your address, sorry!). Please contact us ASAP via email (shop@runwayscout.com) with your order number and correct address for our team who will assist as quickly as they can. Please note that we are unable to accommodate any changes during busy sale promotion periods.

Need to add to or change your order after it's been placed? To ensure we fulfil our speedy delivery timeframes, we're unable to make any changes to an order once it's been confirmed. We would recommend initiating a return upon receiving your parcel in line with our returns policy.

Parcel Protection At the checkout you will have the option to deselect Loss or Accidental Damage. If you continue with this option, for a flat fee of $3.99 your order will be protected from loss or accidental damage in transit. For further information on our policy, please refer to this LINK. 

Pre-Orders Select, in-demand styles are available for pre-order. This means you get to secure your size before the product arrives. Estimated delivery times are noted on the product listing page.   

We’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your pre-order item ships. Any non–pre-order items in the same order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order is ready.

CUSTOMS CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA

We are not responsible for another country's taxes or customs charges which may be imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor any delays in transit. We do not have any control over how much your country may impose in customs charges or taxes. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information if you are unsure about this.


We will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges or taxes, as these are the responsibility of the customer. If your parcel is received as a "return to sender" for failing to pay customs charges or taxes, we will deduct a further $25AUD for the return postage charge and issue a credit note. 


LOST PARCELS, RETURN TO SENDER & REFUSED CUSTOMS/IMPORT FEES


Runway Scout is not responsible for parcels that are lost, damaged or delayed in transit due to the fault of Australia Post, DHL or other delivery carrier - we will trace your parcel on your behalf and do everything we can to locate your parcel, and lodge an investigation if required. 


It is the customer’s responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. Runway Scout is not liable for stolen or missing parcels, once the order has been successfully delivered to the nominated address. 


For parcels marked as "returned to sender" (eg failure to collect your parcel on time, rejection of customs / import fees), we will issue you with a credit note less the cost we have been charged by Australia Post to send the parcel back to us. Unfortunately, we do not resend parcels for free once they have been sent back to us as a "return to sender".
