Runway Scout partner with Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia and all standard international deliveries. Express international deliveries are dispatched via Australia Post International Express and DHL Express.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email along with carrier and tracking details. To track your delivery via Australia Post click here. To track your delivery via DHL click here.

For international orders, once your parcel has been transferred to your local courier, you should use the local courier’s tracking website for more frequent updates.

If you need to change or cancel your order, or update your delivery address, please contact our team as soon as possible.

If your parcel has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to make changes or cancel your order, however, this is not guaranteed.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, we are unable to change your address. However, if you are shipping within Australia, you can request to redirect your parcel through Australia Post.

For same-day dispatch, please ensure your order is placed by 10am AEST on a business day. Please note that during sale periods, there may be a delay in processing times due to a high volume of orders.

We also offer “Priority Shipping” for same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2:30pm AEST (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your parcel has been dispatched, your tracking information will be sent via email by 5pm (AEST) on the day that orders are shipped out.

Expected shipping times are an estimate given to us by the postal carrier and may vary depending on locations.

Please be aware that if you are shipping to a country outside of Australia, you may be liable for taxes or customs charges.

US: Duties and taxes calculated at checkout.

Rest of World: May be subject to duties and taxes. Please note that any applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and you’ll need to pay the required charges before your order can be delivered. 

Runway Scout is not responsible for another country's taxes or customs charges, which may be imposed when your parcel is delivered. We are also not responsible for any delays in transit due to duties and taxes.

We do not have any control over how much your country may impose in customs charges or taxes. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information if you are unsure about this.

If any applicable duties and taxes aren’t paid, your order will be returned to Runway Scout, and we’ll issue a credit note to your original payment method, minus return fees and any customs charges.  Please note, we are unable to offer a refund for parcels “returned to sender” due to unpaid duties and taxes.

If you choose to return your item, you will not receive any duties or taxes as part of your credit note or refund, including those charged at checkout. Find more information, please read our Returns Policy.

At the checkout, we offer Shipping Insurance against Loss or Accidental Damage for a fee of AUD $3.99. You can find further information on our Shipping Insurance Policy here.

If you choose to deselect Shipping Insurance, please be aware that Runway Scout can not be held responsible for parcels that are lost, damaged or delayed in transit due to the fault of Australia Post, DHL or other delivery carriers. If your parcel is lost, damaged or delayed, we will trace your parcel on your behalf and endeavour to locate your parcel or lodge an investigation if required.

It is the customer’s responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. Runway Scout is not liable for stolen or missing parcels once the order has been successfully delivered to the nominated address.

For parcels marked as "returned to sender" (e.g. failure to collect your parcel on time or rejection of customs/import fees), we will issue you with a credit note less the $25 AUD return shipping fee. Unfortunately, we do not resend parcels for free once they have been sent back to us as a "return to sender".
