6. Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

  • Change of mind returns are accepted within 28 days if items are unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

  • Sale items may not be eligible for a refund (credit note only) unless faulty.

  • Final Sale items are final and not eligible for a return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.


7. Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under ACL. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for faulty goods, and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
